The bridge between government mandates and proven local hands.
Carbon Global Foundation partners with governments, industry and CSR funders to clean water bodies, recharge groundwater, clear the air, restore forests and cut carbon. We award every project to credential-verified NGOs and vendors on the ground, and we protect the children and families those projects touch.
Reports, third-party audits and BEE energy data flow back to the government that commissioned the work.
Governments sign once. CGF does the matching.
CGF is not another implementer competing for work. We are the single window between a mandate and the people best placed to deliver it in that district.
Credential-based awarding
Projects go only to partners with a verified track record, real equipment and audited finances. Connections do not count.
Logistics first
A partner must prove it can mobilise people and machines in that district, typically within 72 hours.
One window, full visibility
One MoU with CGF covers every executor. Funds, progress and outcomes are tracked with geo-tagged reports and third-party audits.
Eight work verticals, each with its own credential checklist
Water bodies cleaning
De-silting, weed removal and bio-remediation matched to local hydrology.
Groundwater table
Recharge pits, check dams and aquifer mapping for long-term table recovery.
Sewage treatment plants
Revival and operation of municipal STPs with certified operators.
Effluent treatment
ETPs for industry clusters with a zero-liquid-discharge focus and compliance labs.
Air pollution and filters
Industrial and city filtration corridors, HEPA systems and plant-based bio-filters.
Forest replanting
Native species and Miyawaki forests with a three-year survival mandate.
Soil erosion control
Slope stabilisation with vetiver and mycorrhiza, and organic carbon restoration.
FRT centres
Field response and training hubs with standard procedures and machine banks.
Reduce what you can, offset what you must, earn where you outperform.
India's Carbon Credit Trading Scheme sets binding emission-intensity targets for hundreds of industrial entities, and EU CBAM now prices carbon at the border. CGF gives MSMEs, mid-size plants and exporting suppliers an affordable, trusted route through it.
Carbon audit
A baseline inventory and your gap to target, carried out by independent accredited auditors from the CGF panel.
Your pathway
- Reduce through efficiency, fuel switching and vetted solution providers.
- Offset through registered projects, including those by CGF-empanelled NGOs.
- Earn by selling verified over-performance on the official exchange.
Documentation
A project design document and MRV plan to BEE standard, ready for registration.
For NGOs with real climate impact
We turn mangrove, plantation, water and waste work into registrable carbon projects. We pool small projects together and share benefits with communities in writing. What we never do
We never verify projects we advise, run an exchange, hold credits, manage a pooled fund or promise credit prices. Staying in our lane keeps us credible. The world's largest credential-verified execution network starts here
Every NGO joins one primary vertical and up to two secondary ones. Our award engine matches projects by vertical, geography and tier. NGOs pay no onboarding fee.
- Day 0ApplySubmit Form A or Form B and receive a reference number.
- Day 1–3CredentialsRegistrations, certificates, audited accounts and government references are checked.

- Day 7Award readyApp training, the fund-flow SOP and a signed MoU.
Two teams in every hub: one responds, one researches the lasting fix
Our first FRT hubs open in Hyderabad and Mumbai, followed by Delhi, Chennai and Pune, and then the wider Global South. FRT also trains young people without work as certified first responders.
First Response
Rapid deployment for contamination, air-quality spikes, floods, forest fires and industrial leaks.
Future Research and Technology
An innovation lab that proves solutions in the field before NGOs scale them.
| Emergency | Who deploys | Response |
|---|---|---|
| Water contamination or oil spill | Team A with Jal Mitra NGOs | 24 h |
| Air-quality spike above AQI 300, or an industrial leak | Teams A and B, with Urja Saathi for the energy audit | 24–48 h |
| Urban flood | Team A with the nearest NGO pool and machine bank | 24 h |
| Forest fire | Team A contains it; Team B and Harit Sena replant | 24 h |
| Disaster or mining displacement | Team A for relief logistics; Jeevan Daata for community support | 24–48 h |
Restoration that leaves no child and no family behind
Floods, drought, mining and deforestation take homes, livelihoods and school years. Every project CGF awards carries two commitments.
Every child aged 6 to 14 stays in school
Article 21A of the Constitution and the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 guarantee free, compulsory elementary education. Section 12(1)(c) reserves 25% of entry seats in private unaided schools for disadvantaged children.
- School-first sites: works near schools protect access, safety, water and toilets.
- Learning in emergencies: FRT sets up temporary learning spaces with district education offices.
- Sustainability schools: water, climate and waste education in government schools.
- Enrolment for displaced children under the RTE Act, tracked until they are settled.
- Green schools: rainwater harvesting, solar power, clean air and safe toilets, funded through CSR.
Families displaced by nature, mines and forest loss
CGF works within the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Forest Rights Act, 2006, PESA, 1996, the District Mineral Foundations and the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
- Consent and benefit-sharing first: land rights confirmed, the gram sabha consulted, and benefits shared in writing.
- Restoration that brings people home: communities become the workforce and custodians of reclaimed land.
- Green livelihoods: FRT, nursery, water-testing and recycling jobs for displaced youth.
- Relief that leads to recovery: shelter, documents, schooling and livelihood links.
- Transparent funding: District Mineral Foundation, CSR and climate finance, with geo-tagged reporting.
Where CGF is heading next
Plastic and textile collection centres
Collection points for bottles, milk pouches, all plastics and old clothes at bus stations, malls, hotels and restaurants. They link to recycling plants and give livelihoods to young people without work.
BEE energy audit partnership
Every STP, ETP, filter and pumping project gets a BEE-empanelled energy audit, kWh/KL benchmarking and validated savings at closure.
Carbon Global Sustainability Summit
CGSS 2028 is a platform where governments, 500+ NGOs and 200+ vendors sign MoUs and award projects. It is built for partnerships, not speeches.
Three ways to work with Carbon Global Foundation
We are a Section 8 company: surplus is reinvested in the mission and never distributed, and CGF is eligible for CSR funds.
Governments and public bodies
Sign one MoU and share your mandates. CGF scopes the projects, awards them to verified local partners and reports results back to you.
Start a conversationIndustry and CSR funders
Carbon audits, compliance roadmaps and offset projects, plus CSR programmes run end to end with full transparency.
